Project Overview
During my 5-month traineeship at Care Corner, I played a pivotal role in redefining and solidifying the organisation's social media and marketing strategy, driving clearer communication and enhanced brand consistency across multiple departments. I went beyond routine execution to deliver lasting, tangible improvements.
Key Contributions
Strategic Content Leadership: Developed and executed monthly content strategies, and spearheaded the mental health department's social media initiatives, significantly boosting engagement and reach for critical services.
Brand Standardisation: Created and deployed a comprehensive suite of visual and branding templates (collaterals, presentations, social media) that remain in active use today, ensuring cohesive and professional communication across all platforms.
Integrated Media Communication: Led copywriting efforts for web pages and all social media mediums, crafting compelling narratives that clearly articulated organisational value and impact.
Rebranding and Communications Support: Actively contributed to the organisation's rebranding and large-scale communication efforts, ensuring smooth transition and consistent messaging during a critical growth phase.
Service Impact Documentation: Conducted event photography at an Active Ageing Hub. This firsthand experience provided a deeper understanding of service user needs, directly informing and enhancing the authenticity of subsequent marketing campaigns.
